Hi Everybody, I'm french and i want to buy a tv on alibaba website. I found a seller who accept a paypal payment (what is already a security for me) but here is his last message :

We have a lot of consignmenet for shipment today. It is a good deal if you have finally decided to take 2 units sample because we can take less than $3,000 in our PayPal.
If you are ready kindly provide your necessary delivery details such as Full name, Delivery address and Contact phone number. Please note that cash is necessary to process your shipment and PayPal cash confirmation do take 24 to 48 hours at times. Shipment will only commence if PayPal payment is totally cleared.
I hope you understand this?"
I am ok to buy 2 units, it's not the problem, but for everything else, are these practices normal or is there something suspicious ?
