I had a buyer for my item have a friend use their PayPal account to send me the funds.
The buyer wanted the item shipped to the buyer's address and not the address on file from the PayPal account used to pay for the item.
I have tried to contact the owner of the PayPal account to verify the transaction but my inquiry has gone un answered.
I have not shipped the item yet.
How can I get PayPal to verify with the owner of the PayPal account used to verify the transaction is legitimate and the correct address to ship the item to?

Sounds a bit scam...ish.
You will have 0 seller protection if you send to an alternate address than on their paypal account.
