My PayPal account is for personal use only. I’m not a business or seller. Out of no where - this guys attempts to send 8 small amounts into my account that I DO NOT ACCEPT - then asks for a refund. I’m having a hard time connecting with someone from PayPal....... what do you guys recommend?
