I just recently sold my laptop on eBay ($700) and the buyer emailed me right after accepting the offer that he will have the credit card payment the following day. Today I received the payment, but the names on eBay and Paypal ship to accounts do not match. Although the "Seller Protection" says "Eligible", but I would like to know if I am protected if this in fact is scam? I am shipping using USPS Priority mail with signature confirmation and insurance.
Has anybody came across a similar scenario? and is it safe to proceed with shipping?
