Sold item well packed paid for signature and covered for the amount paid . Arrived damaged driver signed and left it Outside her home sold this for a lady paid her . Now looks like the courier won’t pay . The poor buyer has a damaged item and £90 out of pocket
I am sorry to hear about the situation. If you shipped the item and the courier or the delivery company damaged the item in transit then this would be something you would need to claim with them. If the buyer has received an item that is damaged then they can open a case to claim a partial refund or return the item. I would recommend contacting the shipping company again to claim.
