I just sold something on Ebay - customer paid - now he wants to come pick it up tomorrow but he paid for the delivery on ebay as well. How do I deal with this.

Hi @Amanda68,
Thank you for your question. In order to be covered by Seller Protection, you must ship the item with tracking to the address in the transaction details page. If the buyer picks up the item, that would remove your Seller Protection and create unnecessary risk for the payment. I hope you have chosen not to hand deliver the item.
