I sold him a digital item, idk the rules on that, but he received exactly what he payed for, I sent him the details and gave him everything he asked for, but he disliked one thing about the item, something out of my control, if he starts a dispute will he win on the basis that he received exactly what he payed for , or am I okay?

Hi @Matt02,

Welcome to our Community!

You will find more information on our Seller Protection here. Though virtual items are not covered by our Seller Protection, we will request you to provide evidence on how you sent the item and what you provided. we would use this to possibly dismiss a buyer's claim rather than cover you with our protection.

Thanks

Martin
