Sold an item and hes threatening a dispute

I sold him a digital item, idk the rules on that, but he received exactly what he payed for, I sent him the details and gave him everything he asked for, but he disliked one thing about the item, something out of my control, if he starts a dispute will he win on the basis that he received exactly what he payed for , or am I okay?
