I sold a gift card on ebay. The code was sent through ebay message. Buyer paid using PayPal and money is on hold. Buyer recently filed a dispute that purchase was not authorized. I did research on the buyer and his/her name and address are fake. The address is a hospital address in CA. How do i proceed this?
