Hi, i am slightly worried as I have sold 3 game codes online that I got bundled with my graphics card, I have sold the code and the buyer paid with goods or services, I have received $91 NZD (about $60 USD) and the person is having "issues" redeeming it, I think that he is a reseller since he buys lots of codes and resells them and I found him on a Reddit sub, I contacted Nvidia (company of the GPU) and they say that the code has been redeemed and it was redeemed by the same custom rare domain name as the buyer so and they provided me enough proof to prove that he redeemed the code. now what can i do from a sellers point of view since this is a digital code but I can provide enough evidence/proof of what has happened (screenshots screen recordings with live chat etc) so that I can keep my funds safe and not get charged back since I have seen many people getting charged back before.
