About a month ago I sold some bitcoin via paxful he said he wanted to pay with pay pal. Money for the BTC was in my paypal account quickly but had a hold on it. I said I would not release the Btc to him until the restriction held over the money paid was lifted. 2 mins later hold was gone sent him bitcoin and thought I made a few bucks but now they are charging me for goods and services not received.
