Hi. I sold an item through Ebay. Europe to Sri Lanka. With tracking. After thirty days buyer opened the case and won, got a refund, even if tracking showed that the item was in his city. After some time he said he got an item and wanted to pay me back. Sent him an invoice. Reminded a couple of times to pay without no avail. Then he canceled the request with reason "." Tried to contact him again. No communication. Send invoice -oh, my, there is no such email. His user is no longer on Ebay. Ebay does nothing, their policies are always on the buyer's side. A great scam. Wonder if there is something I can do or I just should accept it as a lesson. Any ideas? Thank you.
