Hi, I just sold an item on eBay and ordered a shipping label via PayPal. The issue is I added $1,800 worth insurance and checked for it to require a signature but for some reason in the shipping details of the order summary, it's stating, "no signature required." I thought maybe I accidentally unchecked the option, so I voided the label and did it again, making sure I checked signature required, yet it still shows "no signature required" under the shipping details. I don't want to ship the item without signature requirement and I can't get PayPal on the phone or reply back to messages to see what the issue is. Anyone familiar with this issue?
