Sold a rather high value of mining contract to an international customer minutes after placing the listing. Because of the nature of the item once I send it, it won't be able to be given back to me.
'The sender of this payment is Non-US – Unverified'
I'm worried they will charge back the purchase as soon as I send the item.. Shall I refund the buyer and move on?

If you have any doubts then yes personally i would, you have to read up on seller protection and then risk assess your transactions.
If you think the risk is too much then go with your instincts.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.
