I am shipping a pair of shoes on paypal. The buyer told me that he would like the package shipped to a different address then the one on the PayPal receipt because he couldn't change it. if I ship to this secondary address would the buyer be able to cancel the payment and get their money back because I shipped to a different address and then get the shoes and the money?
