I sent via the Post office a package to Croatia. On November 11, 2020, The Postal Tracking Number shows it leaving Cincinnati and on it's way on November 16,2020. And it has not been heard from since.
The Tracking number Showing that it has left the country and I as well as the post office is at the mercy of the overseas delivery people. Am I protected from the person that paid me from taking their money back?
Joe

The buyer is protected is they don't receive the item as you are expected to refund them and then claim from any insurance you paid when you sent the item.
