I sold an item on depop, few days later the buyer asks me to change the address they provided through depop’s messaging system. I shipped it a few days after that and printed the label through PayPal, which was the “wrong” address. They apparently moved or were in the process of moving to a different address (not sure why anyone would buy a wig in the process of moving but not my business). Obviously this is my mistake, and they claimed the package was lost/stolen and couldn’t claim the package. I just want advice on what to do at this point. Since this is the address on the account, Im not eligible for seller protection if I were to have sent it to the address they asked, right? Should I refund? Pls advise, thanks
