Hi guys,
I'm about to send a parcel overseas to a buyer who has paid me through PayPal Goods & Services. Do I need to add insurance to the parcel? What happens if the parcel goes missing or the buyer claims he never receives the parcel? Am I covered?

If the item is lost in the post or damaged then you refund the buyer and claim from any insurance you took out with the courier when you sent the item.
