Selling to Indian Customer buying on our US Website - Pricing and Dispute Resolution
We have a couple of queries -
1) What is the Paypal fee that is applicable to Indian customers for US products sold via our US website?
2) We have a benefit for our customers which is called warehousing. It is a drop shipping function, where we aggregate our customer orders in a specific location and then ship it to India. There is our partner in India who would receive the box and redistribute our products to our end users. However, we are scared that there can be many who might receive the items within a 90 days window but then file disputes as the time frame for raising a claim is 180 days. What if they raise a non-receipt dispute despite having receiving it? How can we be covered? Coz, the shipping address via USPS would be our Warehouse in India. Then there is a forwarder who would ship the individual items to the end users under a local tracking ID in India.
