I'm wanting to sell an item from Canada to the UK but myself and the buyer are leery of each other. Is there an escrow service that Paypal offers? If the buyer sends me funds to my Paypal account are they guaranteed? Can he try to reclaim the funds? How can we both be protected? Thanks.
