I want to return goods not as described. 90 odd magazines sold as complete magazines but 59 of them have the posters torn out. They weigh over 8 kilos and were delivered by Parcelforce. Seller told me to open a case which I have done, but the returns label does not cover cost of rtn (Royal Mail 2 kilo) and now seller has blocked me from eBay messaging. I don't have a car to take this to the PO which is extremely annoying. How can the eBay system allow a seller to block a buyer when still in a transaction? It has only been 4 days since I paid.
