Sellers ever win disputes

Hi my buyer has opened a dispute against me for incorrect description when the item just wasnt what "they expected". I sent 3 photos before they purchased and the item is brand new. They are exactly what I described. How likely am I to lose the case? It seems so unfair.

In the event of an item received but not as described dispute it is always one persons word against anothers.

Paypal never see the item in question so they tend to favour the buyer BUT that buyer has to return the item trackable and at their own expense before you have to refund.

It just doesnt seem fair if it is what they were sent and they were given photos which they accepted. I also stated sold as seen on the invoice and no returns. How do they have a leg to stand on?

Sadly paypals user agreement which you agreed to when you opened your account outweighs any terms in your auction.
