I've sold an expensive item through eBay. A buyer is asking to send a specific adress. The buyer has NO speciffic adress on her PayPal account. Will I be covered/protected if I was to post the item to the adress given to me by the buyer. The said adress doesn't match the one that's on her eBay account. many thanks in advance!

Hi @urbonaite50,
That's a great question and I'm glad you're being proactive about this. Sellers are only eligible for Seller Protection if they ship to the address provided originally in the transaction itself. If the buyer is wanting it sent somewhere else, you can refund the transaction and have the buyer re-purchase the item with the correct shipping address. However, we do not recommend shipping an item to an address that has not been supplied in the original transaction itself.
Hope this helps!
Gwen
