I recently sent an item via Hermes courier to an EBay buyer. It hasn’t arrived and is now deemed lost in the HERMES Ethernet! I have had to refund the buyer the £185 - can I claim for this item through PayPal seller protection.
I am told when trying the resolution centre that they are unable to open a dispute in this case ? Why?
and on the telephone I also keep getting the same answer by an automated voice and then terminating the call.
how do I get to speak with someone???? Can anyone help?
