If my buyer were to verbally confirm the good condition of the product, would he be able to open a dispute to get his money back? Or should I ask for photos?

Photos and verbal messages are pretty pointless really as in the event of an item received but not as described dispute it is always one persons word against anothers.
That is unless you have photos uploaded on Ebay or another website and its an Ebay or the other websites dispute as then they may be taken into consideration for that sites own dispute process.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.
