Hi I can't find an answer to this. I have had an email from PayPal, it said I was eligible for the seller protection. I'm a new seller and was wanting to know do I have to 'turn' seller protection on or is it automatically added to my account? Also to have protection do I need proof of postage and signed for delivery or tracked? UK post so which is best? Does signed for and tracked cost the same? Some answers would be appreciated thanks.

As long as your buyer is verified etc then you are 'eligable' for seller protection and it tells you that on the Paypal payment email.
HOWEVER to meet the criteria of that seller protection you need to go and read up on it so you can risk assess your transaction and make sure you meet all the requirements.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.
