Seller protection questions

So I recently started selling items on eBay and Facebook, 100% feedback on 93 transactions and no issues with any Facebook transactions. I ship out same/next day upload tracking in an hour and send the buyer a message with the tracking number, or a photo of the receipt with the tracking number typed out if on Facebook. Although I see the horror stories and began to wonder how effective is seller protection? I insure my items, try and make sure everyone is happy with their item - some reply, some don't, some let me know without me asking. I also add insurance, and add sig con above $500 -- I guess I just want to know am I doing things properly and removing risk of being scammed in the event of an unscrupulous buyer.

The User Agreement outlines the basic and additional requirements to be covered under Seller protection. It's a very interesting read if you're not familiar with it:

Note that Seller Protection is not 100%, PayPal never claims this, so it has it's limitations. Buying insurance certainly helps in certain situations such as loss or damage. Can't 100% remove risk, there will be one or two that falls through the cracks of protection if you sell long enough, but you can develop  and employ best practices to reduce them such as thorough description of item and resolving issues asap when contacted.

Here are common scams to look out. for:
