Seller not responding


I purchased a product from Jersey World. But dint get any confirmation or invoice. I mailed them but no response. I filed a dispute with PayPal but selected "UNAUTHORIZED PAYMENT" as dispute. The dispute was closed. It was not the case but "SUSPICIOUS SELLER". Now i want to open the dispute again but cant do so for the transaction. What to do? Please Help

Please contact customer service to change the reason of dispute to Item Not Received:

Log on, click HELP on top menu, scroll down to click CONTACT US, and then scroll down to click CALL US or other available options.
