Hello. I am new to using PayPal. I haven just started to consistently use it in the last couple of weeks. I know there's always buyer protection, which is great, but I had been seeing and hearing about a lot of sellers getting scammed. People wanting refunds for no reason or messing with the product and then wanting a refund, etc. I sold some playing cards to someone. Sent front and back up close pictures, answered all questions, did everything right. Sent my product exactly how pictured and described, now he wants a refund because they are 'not quite in the condition he thought they would be.' What seller protection policies are in place and what can I do?
