Seller Protection

Hello

My first (and hopefully last) time I ask for this:

How do we use the Seller Protection program?

Who do we have to contact?

Is there a link somewhere?

I read all I could and couldn't find the way to access that program.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

You don't access it, you read it and then you make sure your comply with the terms when you send items.

Then if you get a claim for non receipt of item or an unauthorised use claim you should be covered if you sent the item following those guidelines.
