Seller Protection

I sold and mailed a pelican cooler through the USPS. After two days, it became lost within the USPS and stopped being tracked. I started a case with the USPS and have spoken to one person, but that was the wrong person, so she referred me to another, but I have not heard back from her. I have not gotten resolution. I had to refund the buyer because he did not receive the cooler.  Is this covered under seller protection?

Seller protection covers you for 'false' claims of non delivery of item where you can provide trackable proof of delivery OR a chargeback or unauthorised transaction. It does not cover you for items lost in the post, the onus is on you to take out any insurance etc with the courier and claim from them if you can do so.
