Sum/TLDR: Could I win a PayPal claim without having seller protection, despite me having proof of the items delivery/ an accurate description of the item. The buyers address is near LA in the USA.
I've sold a pair of shoes for $625. I've also sold around 10 other designer items in the past 6 months on grailed.com. On the PayPal transaction page it says Seller Protection not eligible. My question is; let's say the buyer decided to open an item not received claim. Would he automatically win the claim because I do not have seller protection or would I be able to fight the claim with a tracking number that shows delivery. Let's say the buyer decided to open up an item not as described claim. Once again would he automatically win the claim because I do not have seller protection or would I be able to fight the claim with pics/vids of the item, me shipping it, etc.
