Hello I had a quick question; I was recently payed a sale through paypal and on the transactions webpage, under Seller Protection it says not Eligable. Is this already default for my transaction? I seem to be following all the guidelines, address in us, physical product. Would I get the seller protection as soon as I ship it too the address indicated and fill in the tracking information in paypal? please let me know what I should do.

Hi Tomislav22 and welcome,
All transactions are reviewed when the payment is being received to see if they are eligible for Seller protection. Most payments are eligible however there are a few that are not eligible. We don't know the exact reasons why however it can sometimes be the type of item or if there is a risk determined.
If your transaction is not showing as eligible please be careful and ensure you feel safe to send your item. If in doubt do not ship out.
Thanks for posting,
Paula
