Seller Protection - Item Delivered, but signed by other person

Hello community,
I have a problem with a customer. He has bought an item from my shop and it was shipped via registered priority mail. According to the tracking, it was delivered to the right address, but signed by someone else (its not the buyers name). Now he states that he didn't received the item. Am I protected in this situation? I have proof of delivery and signed papers by post office where the customer's name and post code is seen.
