Hi all,
I want to sell a second hand product and the buyer want to pay me via paypal. The buyer will pay me before I send the product. Is there any way the buyer can get his money back from me after withdraw the money from paypal to my bank account?

That depends on MANY factors all listed in Paypals seller protection policy for you to read so you can risk assess your transactions.
Legal (bottom right of Paypals pages) > user agreement > seller protection.
Advice is voluntary.

Hi, Many thanks for the response. I finally realised the transaction was a scam. The buyer was intending me to transfer money to his account so I never did it and ignored him. Thanks, Bernardo.
