I am currently trying to sell an item and I had a response apparently from PayPal where I am asked to purchase an Itunes gift Card and send them the card number. This doesn’t sound right to me. Is this a scam and has anyone else had this problem?

Definitely a scam. Click on the email address in the email, it should be used as a disguise so when you click on it, the real address shows.
