Scammer From Franch Scam HELP!!

Buyer in French bought item from me for $12K. And he open the case on the paypal claim that item is fake. He said he took it to Luxury Brand that certify by Oakley and they distroy the item. Paypal rule on the Buyer side. Do not know what to do. Now i am out $12k and the item. HELP
