Scammed by buyer online course

Hi,

 

I offer a course. I mention on my enrolment page and in the terms and conditions that i do not offer refunds.

 

the person took the course and opened a case on paypal. 

 

She then agreed to go back to the course and work but did not remove her complain on paypal.

 

I do not want to pay and even if paypal says shes right, how can I report this person???
