I bought a ps5 from a guy but I paid with PayPal goods and service. Does that mean I can get the money back because he’s not replying to my messages anymore and he blocked me and he’s not going to send it
If you're only getting the "Unauthorized transaction" option to dispute, then you paid as friends and family and sent a 'gift' payment. It wouldn't make sense to block you and ignore you if you paid as goods and services but I guess they are inexperienced and would try.
