I am getting scam emails about needing to make a payment on my account. I have set up 2 automatic payment methods that have worked for years. What has changed?

Well if they are scam / spoof emails why are you bothering with them, just delete them.

You can always forward the suspicious emails to: spoof@paypal.com.
* Do not alter the subject line or forward the message as an attachment.
* Delete the suspicious email from your inbox.
* Never click on any links within the email or open any attachments.
Other tips:
Look at the email address domain and wording in the email, grammar, salutation, spelling, etc. If any of these are questionable, it's most likely a spoof.
