Is this scam? It said he has paid, but i didnt get any notification by paypal for any transaction have been made. Even it was on hold, there is no notification give by paypal.
He has bid item at ebay, and want me to contact him by phone number he has give. But i send invoice and remark for transfer. Send by paypal and i give my email address. Then, in short period i got this message from SPAM Folder.
