Hello,
I'm looking for a bit of guidance here. Ultimately I'd like to get ahold of the legal team. From 2018 to 2019, a user had owned a domain I own now and had registered a paypal account using the "removed", which I'm now using for my business. Yesterday, I received an email addressed to him at this email address. I reached out to this person, who rudely informed me that they had owned the domain previously, and had no intent to change the email, even though the domain is now mine. I'm unsure of how to go about having PayPal intervene and get his email address changed, as this now poses a threat to my business.
