Hello friends,
We shipped the product to our customer when his payment was reserved,
we don't notice it and didn't read the emails from PayPal.
After a period, our payment was reversal to the customer and the customer has received the product.
We tried to use Resolution Center for help but we're told that we can't use it for this case.
So how can we get the payment ?
Your suggestion will be highly appreciated, thanks !

I'm sorry to hear that there was a reversal to a buyer and that our emails went unnoticed. If there was a claim from the buyer, PayPal would have required information within a certain timeframe from you. If that information was not provided in that timeframe, the refund would be given to the buyer. It would not be possible to appeal the case with the requested information after the timeframe has elapsed.
