Hope someone out there can help, I sold a laptop on eBay the buyer had it and used it for 4 weeks and then said it would not turn on and wanted a refund, I was advised by eBay to offer half and he return the laptop, he refused the offer opened a dispute, eBay have already refunded him the full amount and expect me to pay eBay the amount, my problem is that he had it and used it for 4 weeks with no problem so I do not feel that I should have to give him a full refund, is there anyone that has come across this sort of problem that can give me some advice
