Hello, I sold my pants online - on grailed.com, I shipped the item to USA to the buyer, however the buyer meanwhile got banned and they did not claim the item from post office or there occured some problem because the item has returned to me because of insufficient adress. I checked the adress and it is exactly how they wrote it so nothing wrong on my side. I tried to contact grailed but no valuable answer from there. PLEASE HELP!! the buyer is banned so I can not contact him and I don´t know if to refund the amount without the shipping costs because it was not my fault. I have the money and the item. THANK YOU!!
