Returned Product is not the original product

I sold a pair of sneakers to a customer in a different state, they issued a refund.

They got their money back yet when i received the sneakers back they were not the exact pairs!

They are not the original shoes that was shipped out! So now they have their money and the original shoes.

And I am left with random shoes. I tried to open/report yet it will not let me do either or.
