Hi anyone got any advise customer bought a crystal cat collar 31st March received collar 8th April ??? Due to not being in twice and collected it 14th April wants to return as she thought it was a kitten collar not a cat was to be I replayed and said if she returned it I made a kitten collar for her she said great On the 1/05/2019 she replyEd saying she been on holiday and nor she no longer has the kitten and wants a refund I said no problem with this but I am away and to post about 18th may on the 14th may asked when to post I replied there will be someone in on the 16th may on my return I asked what is happening with the collar this was 20th may no reply today 20 th June the collar was returned cat hair dirty round the edges charm missing off the collar anyone any advise what to do Regards
