I was selling an item that isnt listed on ebay or whatnot but once they send the money, I will give them the item. It's around $30 and I'm afraid that once the user sends me the money and gets what he wants, they will submit a dispute. I heard these scams before and Paypal will usually side with the buyer. If I request money and they accept it, can they cancel it or submit a dispute against it? If so not using request money, what other way to sell a digital item that is safe for me and the buyer?
