Just had an eBay case resolved and a partial refund sent to the customer, absolute nightmare customer but hey ho these things happen. Paypal have put a hold on the FULL AMOUNT of the sale leaving my paypal in a negative balance. The refund has been paid over 2 days ago and trying to get through to customer service has been a massive chore. Anyone know when they will return the account to good standing?
