Paypal decision to make me the villain for sending regular letter at customer's request really baffles me. What is the point for the customer to pay the extra for registered/trackable when they can just leave a complain to Paypal to get the money back when they do not receive a regular sent letter?

Hey @bluffgod,
I'm sorry to hear about the frustration regarding a dispute. You can find information regarding our Seller Protection Policy here. I hope this information helps.
