A refund was issued to someone who lied about the reason saying my item was fake even though the serial number shows its authentic so she could steal my8000 dollar watch how do i get my money back

Was it a chargeback? Only normally with a SNAD dispute the buyer has to return the item back to you first UNLESS they have proven its fake in which case paypal may not tell them to do so.
If you lost the claim then you may have to take private legal action against the buyer.
Advice is voluntary.
